The Sewing centre is equipped with 16 sewing stations and 5 over-lockers. Our goal is to train up passionate, professional and experienced seamstresses who can find work or produce quality products to sell. We currently have 2 levels of sewing courses running.
Join our once-weekly sessions for eight weeks and discover how to draft your own Shirt Pattern and sew a Shirt fitted and detailed to your specifications.
This 4 part series of classes is the first level of a longer course for hobby sewers. A total of 12 hours over 4 mornings. The course is for absolute beginners which means no experience is needed. Adults and Teens from 14 years old are welcome to join this course.
Especially designed for beginners. Using patterns students are taught to sew garments. We specialize in teaching sewing techniques and factory short-cut methods.
Sewing lessons are offered by Lady J Sewing for all ages and skill level.
Quilting classes are offered by Bernina Southern Suburbs for all skill level. We especially focus on the youth and we offer holiday classes from as young as eight years old.
