We are a fashion institute offering 3 courses - Beginners, Basic Fashion Design & Patternmaking & Grading - to Kickstart your career in fashion, a side hustle or small business or just to upgrade your wardrobe by taking up a hobby.
Dress Making course is offered by Tlhabologang Knit N Stitch for all skill level. Our Vision to be recognized as the leader in the fashion designing training, offering tailor made training couple with person attention.
Quilting classes are offered by Bernina Southern Suburbs for all skill level. We especially focus on the youth and we offer holiday classes from as young as eight years old.
Our long-term objective is that students will go on to start entrepreneurial enterprises possibly creating employment for others or find workplace opportunities.
You learn how to use a sewing machine. You will also learn how to insert elastics, zips, buttons, hems and we teach you how to read a bought pattern. To practice your basic sewing skills you also complete 2 sewing projects.
In the beginner courses you will learn to sew a bag, a cushion and a pyjama pant.
