We're located in the World Heritage Site of Saltaire, a village built for mill workers by Titus Salt in the late 1800s, and is popular with tourists from around the world. Just a short walk from our campus is Roberts Park, the River Aire and the Leeds to Liverpool Canal - it's a beautiful place to spend your days learning and making friends, if we do say so ourselves!
Sewing classes are offered by Fabric Focus for all ages and skill level. You will only ever be served by people who, like you, are dress-makers and quilters. Our advice is backed by practical experience of fabric and its ways. We believe this makes us fairly rare in the fabric business.
Patchwork & Quilting classes are offered by New Forest Fabrics for all skill level. We have 6 sewing machines for hire. If you wish to reserve one, please confirm when booking. The charge is £5 per class. You are welcome to bring your own sewing machine if you prefer.
Join Tracy to make this classic A-line pinafore dress in short or long length. It is complete with adjustable shoulder straps with button, plus you can choose to add one large front patch pocket and two small back pockets.
If you have ever wondered about the difference between patchwork and quilts, or how quilts are made and fancied having a go, then this introductory course is for you! We will take you through each step of patchwork and quilt making.
Sewing classes are offered by Just Jude Designs for all skill level. Creating modern quilting patterns you will love to sew.
