• Addressing the Statutory Requirements applicable to the employer

Addressing scope of Authority within SHE:

• Deal with Management Responsibilities regarding safety Health and Environment
• Resolving of Organisation Policies and Procedures
• Describing the Purpose and consultative requirements of conducting SHE representation
• Agreeing on the Importance of Evaluating Workplace Safety
• Explaining the reasons and consequences with the National Health and Safety Legislation
