In this workshop, you will learn American Sign Language
ASL Classes provide a structured environment for students to learn ASL from professional ASL Instructors.
This course introduces foundations of American Sign Language including linguistic perspectives, dialogue skill set, vocabulary, and syntax. Instruction may also include sociocultural contexts regarding the Deaf community, culture, and history.
During this workshop participants will learn how to sign the alphabet, colors, numbers, animals, foods and basic self-help skills to use with young children.
