All choristers need to ‘get to know’ their own voice with designated one-to-one time in order to understand their vocal range and ensure that they care for their ‘inbuilt musical instrument’ as their bodies develop.

Our singers develop a strong vocal technique that can be put into practice in choir rehearsals, competitions, concerts, broadcasts and recordings as well as music-making at school. Specialist support is given to adolescent boys with changing voices, giving them the confidence and enthusiasm to continue singing through a period of natural transition.

At Progress, Vocal lessons Birmingham are tailored to suit the individual singer. By using the Estill technique, our teachers work with students to achieve the sound they want whilst ensuring vocal health is sustained.
Our singing and music lessons are suitable for anyone from the ages of 4 years old to adult. Each lessons is planned and prepared so that every student reaches their full potential. Children will learn different techniques which will help them to develop their voice and vocal range.

We teach Singing in our custom-built music studio in Kings Norton, Birmingham. Students have a one hour lesson in Singing and spend 50 minutes learning new techniques on their instrument followed by an exciting 10 minute jam session where students get to put what they have learned into practice.
If you wish to play saxophone on a non-professional basis but you are serious about becoming a decent saxophonist, then you will greatly enjoy our Adult program. Your age and experience level is irrelevant – all you need is the desire to develop your musical and instrument skills.
