Red Dirt Music Academy is the creation of Cory Moon, who already had a growing list for private guitar lessons. In 2018, he transitioned from in-home music lessons to in-studio lessons.
Cory received his Bachelor of Music from The University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma in 2008. He continued his education and earned his Masters of Leadership from Mid-America Christian University in 2014.
With a vision to build the music school he wished he had growing up, Cory launched Red Dirt Music Academy with only 30 students in 2018.
Red Dirt Music Academy now aims to impact the students of the OKC metro area each year through lessons, the company band, charitable focus, and online programs.
Cory operates Red Dirt Music Academy with his wife, Tabitha, and the carefully hand picked team of teachers.
We offer at-studio private voice lessons for kids and adults, in order to bring your inner musician alive
Private piano and voice lessons are available for children and adults ages four and older.
Voice lessons are offered by ViBO Music Schools. ViBO believes in community – music creates communities, and people connect through music. We periodically host open-mics and jam sessions to bring in local musicians.
We offer instruction in many different genres like classical, jazz, contemporary, gospel, broadway/musical theater, and theory/sight-reading. Students are also coached in stage performance, proper breathing technique, and power
