Aims of the Course is to provide construction industry supervisors with health and safety knowledge and to comply with the requirements of the CSCS scheme

Accident Causation - Health Hazards – Working at Height – Health and Safety Law – Plant and Equipment – Fire – Manual Handling – welfare – Confined spaces – Electricity – Excavations – Safe Systems of Work
Attendees
The course follows the syllabi of the CITB Site Safety Plus, it is designed for supervisors
and all first line managers with health and safety duties and responsibilities.
The course on successful completion enables attendees to apply for their CSCS card.
Assessment
Course attendees must pass a multiple choice examination and in-course short projects.
Certification
A CITB certificate will be issued to all successful course participants.
