The NOCN Awareness of Hybrid Wall Insulation qualification will provide the following outcomes:
Introduction to hybrid wall insulation, drivers, benefits, risks and health & safety.
Customer care and internal wall insulation systems
External wall insulation.
Interface, post installation checks and handover
You will explore the various techniques and methods within your chosen trade, alongside health, safety and welfare, communication and problem solving in the workplace, and skills for employment.
You also will carry out practical operations, and gain an understanding of carbon awareness and energy management.

Who this course is for
Applicants should be aged 19 and above, have been a resident in the UK for three years or more, and are currently unemployed and claiming benefits.
No previous qualifications are necessary, but learners should have undertaken our Level 1 Introduction to Construction course prior to applying.
These level 2 courses would suit candidates looking to work in a construction trade, such as an on-site or self-employed bricklayer, plaster, painter and decorator or joiner.
