This course will provide you with the basic skills, knowledge and information to safely carry out the role and duties of a slinger/signaller. Covering the use of various methods of lifting and security of products using straps, strops and chains.
The objective of this course is to provide delegates with the knowledge and skills that will enable them to safely and competently undertake the role of a Slinger Signaller on site in line with CPCS guidelines.
The qualification enables delegates to show they are a competent operator in controlling lifting operations.
Allied Training Services (Aberdeen) offer Rigging Loft Management training course. Allied Training Services (Aberdeen) will prepare training courses to suit the specific needs of employees within a company.
A slinger Signaller will be the designated individual who will be working alongside the machine operator responsible for lifting loads, for example a crane operator.
