Cornerbrook Lifting Consultants provide CPCS training, NVQs, lifting consultancy and bespoke training to the lifting industry. We run our CPCS training school from our base in Rossendale, Lancashire and can also offer off site lifting training at your place of work or site if required. Our aim is to develop peoples skill-sets and provide safer lifting operations.
This course is offered by Strong Safety Training Ltd. We can offer in house training and assessments for large plant suited to your companies individual needs. This can be completed on site or at a training centre.
This qualification is a nationally recognised Construction Plant Operations qualification, which is intended for experienced Slinger Signallers, who hold a red CPCS / NPORS card and are now looking to upgrade to the Blue Competent operator card.

Slingers’ main responsibility is to communicate with the Crane Operator using a series of hand signals. These hand signals help the operator to manoeuvre the crane in a safe and efficient way.
