Our Aims
We provide support, advice and training for the voluntary sector to build their capacity and take a leading role in helping communities. GCVS acts as an ‘honest broker’, working with both the public and the voluntary sectors to devise innovative ways of working, without participating in the delivery of public services.

This full day course (available as a private or public session) includes useful techniques to open the call effectively, get through the gate keeper, questioning/listening techniques, objection handling and closing tips.
Our stress management training course teaches how to manage work and personal stresses. We look at strategies to prevent rising stress levels and techniques for reducing them. You’ll learn important skills required to help others with their stresses.
We offer a wide range of stress management, anger management and conflict resolution services for corporate clients, including public and private sector organisations and educational institutions.
