Contemporary Dance is all about expressing emotion through organic movements and unrestricted lines. Incorporating elements of lyrical Jazz, Ballet and Modern dance, Contemporary is an exciting fusion which allows students to work through powerful and emotional routines.
It’s never too late to start dancing! Join ODS family for our beginner’s and intermediate contemporary classes with highly professional teachers, who understand how the human body works and how to help each individual to reach the desired results.
We offer wedding dance classes for couples in Latin, Ballroom and social styles of dancing, including the choreography of the dance. No two couples are the same, so we also tailor your dance to your skill and personality – making it easy to learn and remember, but also BIG on the WOW-factor!
Modern Dance is the big umbrella under which various dance styles fall – each of which we incorporate in our classes (Jazz, Show Dance, Musical Theatre, Contemporary and Lyrical dance) to name a few.
A variety of contemporary dance techniques including Release-based, Contact Improvisation, Graham and Cunningham technique.
