If you want to start your own business, join a family firm, or work for a small company, then this stream is for you.
Overview:
99% of all businesses in the world employ less than 20 workers, and the majority of these small businesses are family-owned. Many of these firms are started by entrepreneurs, people who the Canadian government says are the driving force that bring “innovations to market, launch novel industries, and create high-paying jobs.”
If you want to start your own business, join a family firm, or work for a small company, then this stream is for you.
Course Selection:
Most students should choose to take their introductory business courses and as many Common Curriculum courses as possible in their first year.
This gives them greater flexibility in their second or third year to participate in an exchange at one of our partner institutions around the globe.
Every student is assigned a faculty advisor when they pay their tuition deposit to help with course selection throughout their program.
Program Streams:
Program streams allow for specialization within a degree program and prepare students for future employment and professional studies.
