Workshop 1 – Social Media For Small Business: I Know I Need It But, Where Do I Start?
This workshop is designed for small businesses who currently have no Social Media presence and would like to know where to start and how to do it. Participants will learn why their business needs to be on social media and receive an overview of the most commonly used Social Media Platforms in Australia.
Participants will learn step by step how to set up business profiles / pages on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Participants are encouraged to bring along their laptop or other device as well as some images that can be used to set up their profiles / pages during the session, however this is not mandatory as full instructions will be provided.
Workshop 2 – Social Media For Small Business: The Fundamentals!
This workshop is designed for small businesses who have their social media profiles / pages set up, however need guidance to move forward with Social Media Marketing.
Participants will learn how to create a simple Social Media Marketing Plan as well as how to create social media content. Participants will learn about the various functions of Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn pages / profiles such as scheduling, data insights and advertisement campaigns as well as receive an introduction to image creation and scheduling software.
Participants are encouraged to bring along their laptop or other device as well as some images that can be used to set up their profiles / pages during the session, however this is not mandatory as full instructions will be provided.
