This is 3 lesson class where Shanon will walk you through how simple and fun knitting socks can be. You will learn all aspects of cuff down socks, heel stitch, variety of heels picking up stitches and kitchener stitch to close your toe at the end.
You will be hooked. You will need some previous experience with knitting and be able to read knitting patterns.
Class Requirements must be purchased at Busy Bee Quilt Shop in or before your first lesson.
The class will be held over two sessions:
Evening Session: 7pm - 9pm.

Lesson 1 Learn how to make the cuff and Leg
Lesson 2 discover how easy its going to be to make the heel
Lesson 3 You will learn to make the Toes and finish.

Knitting classes are offered by Fabrics and Yarn for all skill level.
Keen to learn to knit and follow a pattern? Are you an absolute beginner or one with some skills which are a bit rusty?
On this class you will be learning how to do basic knitting, from casting on, plain knitting, purling and casting off. I will also go over how to read a pattern. We will hopefully be able to make a hat, or Peggy square blanket, by the end of the course.
Bring along you knitting and Crocheting and join together with other like-minded people. We have a coffee/tea or two during evening and craft away and talk. Some members also stop for tea during the evening.
Join one of our social meetings for fun, crafting, laughter. These meetings are social, but light assistance is available from our group leader or fellow crafters.
