She is a Certified Image Consultant; undergone meticulous and rigorous training under the curriculum of 'Conselle Institute of Image Management, U.S.A, which is known to be among the most prestigious Certified Image Masters in the world. She is a DDI certified Facilitator, S.Q.A. Certified Soft Skills Trainer and Train The Trainer Certified from ICBI accredited by NABET (National Accreditation Body of Education & Training).

She also has her credit, and certifications in Early Childhood Care & Education, and Graduated with Psychology - specializing in Personality Development.

She has strong National and International work experiences and grew up in some very responsible positions which included Guest Relations Officer to On-board Immigration & Custom Clearance Officer; Career span with 'The Regent Mumbai' & 'The Oberoi' to P&O Cruises and Royal Caribbean International.

She has successfully conducted Corporate training programs for all levels of employees from Banking & Finance, Media, Education and Consulting. Her key area of expertise includes creating customer-specific solutions, coaching ability and bring about an 'Inside Out' transformation.

She has also coached individuals from various backgrounds to present themselves to the best of their ability and helping them create the best and lasting first Impression.

He is a well-admired figure in the arena of L&D and T&D. He is a Dale Carnegie Certified Trainer in Facilitation, Coaching and T.T.T, Along with Certifications of a Soft Skills Trainer through S.Q.A (Scottish Qualifications Authority) and also T.T.T Certified from ICBI accredited by N.A.B.E.T (National Accreditation Body of Education and Training).

Robert has conducted numerous Training interventions on various Technical Skills,  Soft Skills and T.T.T programs, across some of the very reputed Hospitality Organizations and Educational Institutes.

​He has also been a Wine Educator and Trainer for more than 8 years during his stint with some of the world’s most luxurious liners. As an ardent wine lover, he also has great insights in Food with Wine Pairings and conducting Wine Tastings. With Certifications in WSET (UK).
