Ruchi Sharma is an internationally certified Image consultant, Personal Branding Mentor, corporate trainer, speaker, and author.

Ruchi founded 'my Aura' Business Consultant in 2009 to become one of the few consultants to bring in the concept of Image Management and Branding to India. Ruchi is a highly dynamic, pragmatic and professional relationship building expert; helping entrepreneurs, leaders, professionals, managers and executives to succeed by guiding them on authentic relationship building skills.

She also helps them in communicating their personal brands when networking to generate referrals, find opportunities and influence others.

A medical graduate with University gold medals to show, Ruchi embarked on her journey to become a mentor and speaker early on in her university days with her exceptional ability to collaborate with team members and teach new concepts in an effective manner.

She put such a bright academic career at stake to pursue her dream of helping individuals achieve success, recognition, and happiness in their career and life. A diploma in psychology and post-graduation in management later, she was perfecting her skills working with India’s leading healthcare service providers. 

After the corporate exposure, she decided to take it to the next level by becoming one of the first internationally certified Image Consultant in India with specialization in Image, Body Language & International Etiquette.

She is associated internationally with multiple accredited associations of Image Consultants. She has been one of the few Associate members of AICI & Coaches Association of India. She has been trained  by an internationally renowned US based Image Consultant and Trainer Rena Trepanier, having 20 years of vast experience in image management and consultancy.

She has the knack of connecting swiftly with the audience with a spark of humor and loves to engage her audience to think outside the box, gain a competitive edge in business world by branding their uniqueness and communicating confidently to the world.

She aims to help and guide her personal and professional clients to discover themselves, reflect their strengths, weaknesses, passions and goals to achieve success in life. As a personal branding consultant she helps individuals fully unravel their talent, package it and helping in build a platform to share it with the world.

Her recent key seminar topics are The brand new you, Business communication, Etiquette and manners: your first step to success, Mark your Image, The power of Impression management, Dine like a diplomat, The born leader, Mr. & Ms. Elite, How to ace a job interview, salesman of the year, Get noticed etc. Her workshops are comprehensive, interactive, motivating, creative and fun to attend.

Ruchi has trained innumerable individuals across hierarchy - Directors, entrepreneurs, VPs, GMs, managers, trainers, executives, teachers, professionals, and students from several organizations to enhance their personal & professional outlook. She has worked hard in recognizing the uniqueness and nurturing the potential in every individual on path to satisfaction and happiness. 

When she is not training and inspiring individuals, she can be found playing with Coco, her pet Labrador or pleasantly surprising poor kids with toys or gifts. Ruchi consistently volunteers by pitching in with her talks for college students and supporting the needy with counseling and guidance as required.
