If you’re interested in breaking ground on new energy sources or you simply want to help urban communities make better use of existing energy sources and control their energy costs, this is the ideal program for you.
It’s an exciting time to be choosing an education in energy systems. Developing alternative energy sources and energy efficiency solutions is imperative, which puts the skills learned in these programs in high demand.
If you’re interested in breaking ground on new energy sources or you simply want to help urban communities make better use of existing energy sources and control their energy costs, this is the ideal program for you.
About The Program
What You Will Learn In The Classroom
Within the course curriculum, students will learn basic fundamentals, classroom theory, laboratory projects and field work. This learning model gives our students the opportunity to put their knowledge into action in a safe and co-operative learning environment.
What You Will Learn In The Labs
This curriculum is designed to provide classroom and lab “hands-on” training in the Solar Photovoltaic and Solar Thermal fields. Students in the program will develop a wide range of knowledge and skills that cover everything from system design and installation to maintenance.
What You Will Learn Outside Of The Regular Classroom Setting
TPI-MAS helps students recognize the choices they have in life and how to control how they think to change the way they live their lives. Students will understand how the human mind works and how their beliefs and attitudes influence the present and shape the future.
The program encourages students to have a positive outlook and strive for goals despite any challenges and obstacles. The Enriched Academy program will teach you how to manage your money and build a solid financial future.

Admissions Process
Our Mission at North American Trade Schools is to “service with excellence the needs of our community and the needs of our graduates by matching skills“.We can’t do this without you.
We have designed a four-step admissions process that ensures we admit the right students with the potential to become great graduates that serve their communities with excellence.
The purpose of North American Trade Schools (NATS) is to provide post–secondary education in a private career college setting to students. Our training programs are practical, intense and result oriented. We provide you with the skills you need to find employment in today’s workforce.
This in-person course focuses on the commissioning, operations, and maintenance of interactive residential and commercial-scale solar photovoltaic (PV) projects less than 1 MW.Â
This course covers the principles of photovoltaic electrical energy production, emphasizing system design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for solar photovoltaic power systems.
This course provides an overview of PV section in the electrical code as it pertains to the design/installation of systems and will be of interest to those involved in PV industry.
This one-year, 12-course certificate program prepares and trains students for careers in the growing field of photovoltaic panel (also known as solar panel) installation.
This solar panel installation training is an introductory course and will provide you with all the necessary knowledge to install grid-tied and off-grid systems.
