Mastering is the final, critical, step in the post-production process. Although considered by many to be a somewhat mysterious art, the truth is that audio mastering is a process that relies on a combination of real world experience and knowledge.

There are no academic entrance requirements for this skills program. We do however require a minimum age of 16 and a minimum schooling of Grade 10 or equivalent. Basic computer knowledge is also required.

Students will learn the principles of recording and manipulation of Audio and MIDI (vocals, live instruments and virtual instruments) in Cubase.
