Classes are small, with a max. of eight people in a casual and comfortable setting! We will address fitting a bread-baking routine into your lifestyle and maintaining your sourdough starter.
Learn to make sourdough and discover all the health benefits of this bread. Find out how sourdough helps our digestion, as well as why good flour is so essential. You will acquire the pure satisfaction, mindfulness, and joy of baking this amazing bread. Yep, I’ll be spending a few months in Ireland at the Dublin Cookery School in a small seaside village south of Dublin called Blackrock.
It’s ticking all my boxes of living in Ireland and going back to culinary school. I’ve been contemplating and researching this venture for a long time, and finally decided to take the leap. The adventure begins early January through March, 2020.

This class is focused on bread making! We will learn about yeast dough and quick breads. Your child will get to make their own individual baguette of bread and a mini loaf of quick bread too.
