Our Spanish Language Course Program follows the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) and ranges from Spanish Level A1 to C2.

Each evening course is made of 8 x 1 1/2 hour weekly classes running for over 2 months at the same time and day of the week as its listed course start date. There are no classes on Public holidays.

The Hispanic Club is largest Spanish School in Auckland and was formed at the University of Auckland in October 2001. The Hispanic Club works to promote Spanish and Latin American Culture in New Zealand.
Our aim is to develop the teaching and learning of Spanish, and encourage communication between Iberophiles and hispanophiles and all New Zealanders through our modern cultural and educational programme.

Cultural Activities
We offer a range of cultural events including exhibitions, special movie screenings and guest speakers. In cooperation with organisations in the community we offer a variety of community events including the Spanish Language Month, monthly Spanish Market, Film Festivals, Spanish cooking lessons, Spanish and Latin American wine tastings etc.
This class is aimed at people with very little or no Spanish experience. In this class I start teaching Spanish from scratch, and from there start building up students’ vocabulary, pronunciation, and the basics of grammar.
