We offer courses at beginner, intermediate and conversation (advanced) levels. Intensive and travellers’ courses are also available. The classes are fun, interactive and have a strong hands-on focus on Latin American culture with cooking classes, film nights and social events.
DurationOur method aims to enable students to quickly learn to make basic sentences to comfortably communicate in Spanish or Portuguese since the very beginning and progressively build up a sound foundation to advance to more complex grammatical concepts upon completion of this course.
We use a variety of materials including videos, audio, readings and writing to teach a language through comprehension, pronunciation and conversation practice, including a cooking class per month to learn new vocabulary and the supporting grammar.
On top of this, students will also learn about cultural aspects of Spanish/Portuguese speaking countries -e.g., some simple and delicious recipes, interesting places to visit, art, music and much more- while improving their language skills. Linguistic accuracy is a long-term goal, and the beginner’s course is a great first steppingstone towards achieving this!
