Spanish Tapas is becoming increasingly popular as people are moving away from the traditional three course meal and enjoying smaller, lighter sharing dishes. In Spain, tapas can be almost anything as long it is small and tasty and we will teach you how to make a number of dishes over the course of the day .
We will cover many of the classics using locally sourced seafood, vegetables, locally cured small-goods and fresh produce from around the Peninsula.
This is a great class for those looking to learn more about Spanish cuisine and take home new recipes for home entertaining. The tapas will be prepared and served throughout the day and we will then move to the dining table to continue with some more substantial dishes all with matching wines.
The day will begin at 10am with freshly baked treats from the kitchen and conclude around 4pm.
