But what can be done is broad generalizations and generalized skills to ensure that the students career has a broad application and wide opportunity for a variety of roles and success. This is what we aim to achieve with our Specialist Diploma.

Materials And Building Science
So you want to build a house – but what are we going to build it with? Some materials are too hard, and others are too soft.
Some are too brittle and some are too expensive. Assembling a modern building that meets the demands of developers in 2021 as well as regulations around Energy Savings and sustainability is tough.
This is where we learn about the materials used and the science used to construct and keep buildings together.
Construction Processes And Technology
Now we know what materials we want to use, and what science holds that building together, we need to know the most efficient way of putting buildings up considering time, and money – and sometimes space.
We explore the traditional methods of erecting structures and also the new age ways that may soon become mandatory by law such as pre-cast and pre-formed components.

Transfer applicants with other equivalent qualifications based on Singapore criterion may be given exemptions on academic qualifications
Mature and Adult Learners:
At least 30 years of age and 8 years of working experience may be admitted on a case by case basis with a minimum of 10 years of formal education and certificates that is deemed equivalent by the Academic Board.
