About this Course

This course, designed to impart the required knowledge and skills in order to enter and work in confined spaces is offered by Just Careers Training (RTO #91413) trading as Licences 4 Work

This Course Is Recommended For:

• Workers who will be performing confined space work, but are not required to write a permit or wear breathing apparatus
• Electrical engineers
• Safety inspectors and Safety personnel
• Injury prevention personnel
• Maintenance personnel
• Emergency services personnel (fire, ambulance, police)
• OHS officers • Risk managers
• Mine managers
• Telecommunications and cable installation personnel
• Lift operators and installers
• Transport industry workers

This course, resulting in a Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment includes both theory and practical components, with participants undertaking practical activities to ensure familiarity with confined spaces and the safety requirements relating to entering and working in these spaces.

This course does not replace the need for further Site Specific Training; rather this will prepare workers for this.
