We are based out of Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada and since 1991 we have been delivering, and continue to deliver; comprehensive training based on Canadian Red Cross guidelines that meet Federal training regulations.

Our Emergency First Aid Course offers an overview of First Aid and CPR skills for workplaces or home use.
Winnipeg First Aid is pleased to offer workplace-approved standard first aid and CPR courses. This course comes standard with CPR level “C” certification, however, candidates can opt for a higher level CPR HCP to partner with this course.
All of our Red Cross courses are taught by professional Certified Red Cross Instructors with years of teaching experience and a passion for First Aid. Each course includes CPR and AED training.
This course teaches the participant how to approach and manage medical emergencies and provide care to the patient until EMS arrives.
