The course will focus mostly on practical first-aid skills and scenarios.Course meets legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards and includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines.

In this 2.5-3 hour course, learn the basics of CPR and how to use an AED.
Standard First Aid provides comprehensive training covering all aspects of first and CPR, giving an in-depth understanding of first aid training including: legal implications, bone and joint injuries, spinal injuries.
Winnipeg First Aid is pleased to offer workplace-approved standard first aid and CPR courses. This course comes standard with CPR level “C” certification, however, candidates can opt for a higher level CPR HCP to partner with this course.
This course involves an online course + classroom training.
