This course provides a certification in First Aid and Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation. The 16-hour course outlines how to deal with wounds, poisoning, head injuries, bone and joint injuries, heart attacks, and strokes.
Candidates will also learn 2 man CPR for infants, children, and adults. This course is designed for professional rescuers, health care workers, and lifeguards.Please note there are no classes scheduled at this time.

Our First Aid courses in Edmonton cover everything from basic first aid, to cardiovascular and breathing emergencies, AED use, and disease prevention.
Courses are taught by certified instructors and contain the latest first aid and CPR guidelines, meeting federal and provincial OHS regulations.
This is a one-day, Canadian Red Cross certified course that meets most Provincial workplace requirements across the country. Course content includes: Preparing to respond The EMS system Check, Call, Care Airway Emergencies Breathing and circulation emergencies.
The course on First Aid – Basic training in Fort St. John is a 7-hour program, including coffee and lunch breaks. In order to be successful, candidates must demonstrate practical skill competency and achieve 70% on a multiple-choice exam.Â
Certification in CPR/AED provides the skills to recognize and respond to cardiovascular emergencies and choking in adults (level A), and adults, children, and babies (level C).
