The third workshop in our series looks at taking the lessons from Workshop 1 and 2 and applying them to day to day cases using Storytelling.

Participants in the workshop will be educated on the psychology of stories, how to make moments memorable, and will be guided through several different storytelling methodologies.

The participants will then use the materials developed in Workshop 1 and 2 to create stories that interact with all the different stakeholders in the organization - from customers, leadership, staff and the broader community.

By understanding story you will learn how to weave the key messaging into all internal and external marketing activities.

The final step is to convey stories into the organization’s Brand and Brand Promise; how do we ensure our stories are authentic?

How do we change our story that we have the type of culture and experience that we want our staff and our customers to experience?
