This course will introduce protocols surrounding a wide range of storytelling traditions as actionable concepts in addressing design problems.
The course considers how storytelling helps us grasp the nature of a complex system, how storytelling helps us define a problem within such a system, and how leaders can use storytelling to help their organization/initiative navigate a complex system.
