The course covers topics of the strategic management process, executing elements of the process (including internal and external environmental and gap analyses), mastering tools of analysis, determining broad and narrow strategies, choosing and implementing appropriate strategies, and debating leadership issues.
You will also become familiar with themes around the origins and application of strategy and strategic options, strategic control mechanisms, tools for application, critical insights to leadership issues, as well as influences of organisational culture.
