This 3-day course will include in-depth study of strategic thinking, strategic planning, organization assessment, strategy mapping, performance measures and target setting, strategic initiatives, automation, cascading and strategic management. This course will also introduce project managers to balance scorecard (bsc) award-winning nine steps to success bsc development methodology. Participants learn how to build and implement a bsc with a practical step-by-step approach.
