You will learn about the causes of stress and the effects stress can have on health, recognise the signs and symptoms of stress, and look at ways of preventing or reducing stress.
There will be a mixture of tutor demonstrations, class activities, working in groups and as individuals.
Most courses will have some distance online learning, so a digital device laptop/tablet/smartphone and internet access will be needed to study. You can discuss this when you enrol. We may be able to help.
You will need basic digital skills to work online
You will need to keep your work organised in a file
To enrol you must complete an initial assessment and pass at Entry 3.
