This qualification complements the CIEH Level 2 Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace and it seeks to advise and guide those interested in protecting themselves and their workforce from the damaging effects of stress.
We provide training courses for managing stress, handling stress, reducing stress, in fact all work related stress issues.
This course is designed for anyone who wants to manage the stress they encounter either in work or elsewhere. It is recommended as a first course for newcomers to stress management or as a refresher for those who have attended Stress Management training before.
The overall purpose of the course is to enable the delegates to recognise the signs of stress and to learn strategies to manage stress effectively and to minimise the impact of it.
A proactive approach that raises awareness of the symptoms of stress and provides staff with practical techniques to help develop coping strategies.
