We are providing a range of resilience courses open to patients and staff for the maintenance of good mental health, based at Glenfield Hospital. He has many other facets; 6-linguist, previous media and TV work, sits on charity boards, teaches English & Salsa and rides a retro Vespa.
Our Business Manager and Trainer has a degree in Business & Finance (1st class Hons) and a background in both private and public sector management.

On this free 3 hour course you will learn about the main causes of stress in work and general life. You will also discover techniques to alleviate these stresses.
The sessions consist of advice on how to reduce and manage stress, as well as useful techniques that the individual can learn on the courses. These include mindfulness meditation and similar meditation techniques, along with breathing exercises, based on yoga pranayamas.
