My role as a trainer focuses on the dynamic domains of Communication, Train the Trainers program, Team Spirit, Effective Online/Offline Teaching, Leadership Programs, Motivation, Image Enhancement, Public Speaking, Vocabulary Enhancement, Class Room/Time/Stress management, Emotional Intelligence, NLP and Design Thinking.

Assessing customizing learning with definite outcomes remains my forte’. Am well versed in the orientation, sensitivity and usage of technological tools and their application.

I love to call myself a writer, first. Have found my oasis in writing and have penned more than 20 books, and am currently working on the next three. 

Kumbh, The Divine Mela, Devalaya, Uttaranchal, UP and Gems of Magadh and Delhi and Joy of Service, established a mark in the genre’ of coffee-table books.

A doctorate in Management, I’m also a professor of management, an avid trainer, a life coach, a freelance journalist, dedicated blogger, a cyclist and a traveler.
