Well, everybody really.

There’s not a person alive who would not benefit from understanding better the effects of stress on themselves and others in their workgroup.

It enables participants to be more effective at work and at home.

Our stress management work is designed to help employees and managers deal better with the pressures of the modern workplace.

Tailored Stress Management Training

Stress Management as part of an in-house Tailored Training Programme helps delegates get a deep insight into how stress works.

We work in small groups with two experienced stress and pressure facilitators.

Using game-play, role-play, and other experiential processes we unpick the causes and indicators of stress.

We identify both useful and harmful stress and get each individual to find new and productive ways of dealing with their own stress.

A tailored Stress Management Programme helps people recognise the impact of excess pressure on themselves and others.

Feeling Pressured

Everyone is under stress and pressure of some sort both during their working day and in their home life.

But these are some useful indicators that people are feeling the effects of too much pressure and could use some support.

Stress management training won’t make the things that cause the stress go away.

But it will give you some really useful tools to help you cope and feel better about yourself.

Good Stress

Stress that we see as a challenge or an opportunity is usually very stimulating and a good thing.

But when you’re short on time, the same pressures can become anxiety-making and depressing, or even make you sick.

We all need some form of stress to keep us motivated.

You could say this is good stress.
