This practical course will give you the tools and knowledge to live and work with less stress by developing your skills in dealing with frustration, anxiety and pressure in positive ways.
To ensure there is a clear understand of what can cause stress, spot the signs early, implement tools and tips to prevent reaching crisis point.
They often feel very anxious just before an exam or due to an exam that they have attempted and failed at in the past.
Stress can be a positive thing, which drives us on and helps us to grow, develop and be stimulated. However, when stress reaches a certain level, it can overcome a person’s ability to cope and can impact on their physical and mental health.
