Today, she also runs her own Employee Assistance Programs for specific clients and is quick to tailor make effective programs and workshops as per the corporates area of need and focus.
She was a key speaker at The Hindu – LIT Fest 2018 and conducted a very engaging talk for Parents and Caregivers on ‘Parenting Today’ that was very well received. She is a Registered Practicing Counselor (R.P.C) and an active member of Chennai Counselors Foundation (CCF) and also a ‘Life Associate Member’ of Indian Psychiatric Society (IPS).

Nandini Raman, had the courage to move out of a lucrative high paying, comfortable, dream job and a great designation to restart and build a new identity, afresh. She quit a promising career in the corporate mainstream entertainment world in Bombay, where she worked in the marketing and media promotions department of international music major labels – Sony Music and Universal Music, working with the likes of AR Rahman, Shakira, Jennifer Lopez, Diana King, Ricky Martin to mention a few and moved to Chennai in Dec 2005 to pursue her passion to help and empower people.
Today, she is a consultant counselor; a corporate trainer and a columnist with The Hindu’s educational supplement called The Edge and contributes to a successful bimonthly column called ‘Off The Edge’. She comes with 12 long years of experience in this field and is a guest faculty at many prestigious banks, schools and educational institutions. She is people oriented, an extrovert, enthusiastic & cheerful, always ready to educate, encourage, help and empower others.
She holds a postgraduate degree in Psychology from Madras University and has trained extensively to hone her academic and clinical skills in Counseling over these years. She is also a trained and a qualified CCF supervisor and mentors interns – fresher’s, students and practicing professionals from time to time, to help them bridge the gap between theory and practise.

Nandini is a certified Transpersonal Hypnotherapist from the Hypnotherapy School Of India (HSI). She has also done her Pranic Healing and TA 1-0-1 and is a Crystal Energy healer and loves working with the metaphysical and doing energy work.
She is also a trained yoga teacher having successfully completed an intensive 200 hours teachers training certification (TTC) in the tradition of Shri T.Krishnamacharya, from Atma Yoga Shala, a Registered Yoga School, in Chennai. She conducts yoga group classes for children, adults and corporates.
