In this course, we look at the causes and nature of stress as well as how to become aware of your own stress levels and manage them. The course looks at the role of assertiveness in stress management, as well as how to deal with conflict and make yourself more resistant to stress.

Stress can be both a motivating force and a cause of distress for an organisation’s workforce. This classroom-based course looks at the nature of stress, and outlines a number of techniques to help identify the effect of stress and to deal with them more effectively.

This course aims to educate and inform delegates about the nature of stress, and to provide useful skills and insight into how to combat its negative effects.
