Positive Perspective is an established and respected management development and training company. ​ Founded in 1995 Positive Perspective specialises in designing and delivering a very wide range of ILM accredited, bespoke and general Personal and Management Development training programmes.

The courses and additional support aim to enhance the skills of individuals to make them better managers and great leaders and as a result enable them to maximise their personal potential and increase their contribution and value to their companies.​ Positive Perspective is accredited by the ILM and provides ILM training from Level 2 to Level 6.​
