About Trimbos Training
John Trimbos studied law at St. John's College, Oxford and qualified as a solicitor in 1988. John started his professional life with the Treasury Solicitor's Department, before moving to the private sector in the early 1990s.
In the mid 1990s he began lecturing at the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice before moving back to the City. He has worked with the top City law firms as a transactional lawyer and latterly as an in-house training manager.
In recent years he took the decision to specialise in skills and management training for professional service firms: Lawyers, Engineers and Accountants. His many professional clients recommend his courses as interactive, practical and engaging.
Throughout my studying years, both at Oxford and at law school, I got the impression that a lot of tutors really knew their stuff but had no idea how to communicate it effectively.
In the corporate training world there are also loads of trainers who simply do chalk-and-talk, whereas some of us produce properly interactive courses with lots of exercises and case studies which help the learning to stick in the mind.
Stress can manifest in the four different areas of our functioning. The psychological, the emotional, the physical and the behavioural aspects of ourselves can all suffer and go on to exhibit an impeded level of functioning.
This training program aims to facilitate an appreciation of the complex range of symptoms that a person can experience when stressed whilst also examining why people experience and deal with stress differently.
We can provide you with highly inspirational and empowering training programmes to help ordinary people achieve extraordinary things.
Stress in the workplace, when handled effectively, can be a great motivator for improved performance and achievement, but for many it is a cause of distress and a threat to their work, health and productivity.
Art of Brilliance exists to help you raise the bar from surviving to thriving. We specialise in keynotes, training and webinars that remind you (and your colleagues) how to SHINE.
