In this 2-hour workshop, participants will learn techniques and strategies to identify, define, and deal with stress in the workplace and at home. Participants will identify the source of stress and define stressors, and review methods for preventing and mitigating stress through a variety of constructive coping mechanisms.
Through interactive sessions, we will identify and manage stressors both working in the office and working from home, and learn to utilize stress-reducing exercises and techniques to deal with frustration, anger, and anxiety.
Attend this course in-person in NYC or Live Online via Zoom. Engage with expert instructors, ask questions, and get feedback on your exercises and projects.
Unlike other providers, these are not mass open-enrollment classes. At NYC Career Centers, you’ll learn in small groups (typically 8-15 students) and receive personalized attention.
