Stress Management Workshop

This is a 1-day event either in your workplace or an exotic resort or a outbound location, aimed at conducting activities for effective team building and stress management. We offer techniques that hone your emotional intelligence skills which helps you stay positive in the workplace and keeps you stress-free.

General Itinerary For The Program:

• Check in to the resort in the morning with your entire team.

• Participate in multiple fun activities for team building and combating stress

• Network over lunch

• Check out in the evening feeling rejuvenated

Dress Code :

Casuals ( No formals at least for this program ). Can be done in your Office premises as well. (Outside classroom would be a better option)
