The front line drives the bottom line, and the organizational benefits include developing high quality leaders who can achieve company standards and deliver results. The duration of this program is typically 8-months. This includes classroom or virtual sessions, hands on practice and application of the learning to ensure behavior change.
Participants will have up to 6-days of sessions and 24 weeks of Learning Transfer to apply the learning to their work environment. During this time participants will submit key learnings they are applying, and weekly badges are awarded on our proprietary learning transfer website.
