Module 1 – Understanding your role as supervisor
This module will get participants to understand their true Roles and Responsibilities as a key member of the Operations team that ensures Company strategies are executed and prescribed goals achieved.

Participants will learn how to build enthusiastic team players that will support Department objectives, and in the process, learn to get the best performance out of every team member
Module 3 – Managing conflict at the workplace and handling misconduct
