You will learn the various massage techniques in order to provide the best Swedish Body Massage for your clients. This course is open to beginners.

Our Swedish Massage Course is designed for beginners. On the course students will learn how to massage the whole body, relieving stress and tension and deeply relaxing clients, enhancing their health and well being.
This course is ideal for anyone who has experience working in healthcare, fitness or massage or for anyone who has studied Sport Science and health-related subjects at university.
Swedish massage techniques (hold, effleurage, petrissage, compression, friction, percussion, passive joint movement and vibration, turning your client, prone & supine positions). You will learn many variations for each of those techniques.
