If you are interested in working with children from birth to 19 years (or 25 under SEND), then this is the T Level for you. It will allow you to develop the core knowledge, skills and experience required to pursue a career in education and early years.
Crucial to all T Level programmes is a work placement, which you will complete in a relevant business. This will enable you to apply the theory you learn into practice.
In the first year, you will develop a wide range of skills needed for the care and education of young children. Then in your second year, you will specialise in either Early Years Educator or Assistant Teaching.
This is a practical course, with the majority of your learning taking place in our onsite nursery or IT suite – giving you the opportunity to practice the skills needed to work in this rewarding sector.
Distance learning courses enable you to boost your career with a nationally recognised qualification even if you don’t have the time to attend training sessions. You will work your way through the qualification submitting work every 2 weeks, achieving within approximately three months.

The Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) Secondary English is a one-year course that leads to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). You'll train to become an English teacher for the secondary age range (11-16). You'll gain 60 academic credits at master's level as part of the course.
