Taekwon-Do (Black Belt Class)

“DO” (도) literally translated in Korean Culture and Taekwon-Do means “art or way”. More accurately, “an art or the way”. The “art” referring to ones Truth and the “Way”, path or enlightenment.

Through a focused journey of dedicated mental and physical practice met in systematic consistency, the practitioner learns to abandon attachments, aiding a life that is lived through the source.

While the Enso circle teaches us strength, elegance, the universe, enlightenment and the void, it also reminds us that the start and finish can be either. Thus, we never stop learning nor is there a greater time than beginning.
